Who Is FaZe Adapt?
FaZe Adapt is Alexander Hamilton Prynkiewicz, a creator who first became known through Call of Duty trick-shot videos.
That was his starting point.
He later grew into one of the more familiar faces connected with FaZe Clan, producing gaming videos, vlogs, challenges and lifestyle content.
His career then took another turn.
Streaming became a much bigger part of his work during 2024 and 2025. By 2026, he had left FaZe and joined a new creator group called CORE.
Fans still search for “FaZe Adapt,” though his current professional identity is simply Adapt.
What Is FaZe Adapt’s Real Name?
FaZe Adapt’s full name is Alexander Hamilton Prynkiewicz.
CORE’s official creator material uses that full name for Adapt.
His public name has stayed much simpler.
Most viewers know him as Adapt, while “FaZe Adapt” remains the name closely linked with his long FaZe Clan years.
How Old Is FaZe Adapt?
FaZe Adapt was born on June 5, 1997.
That makes him 29 years old as of September 2026.
He was born in Phoenix, Arizona, a city that later became connected with one of his newer business projects.
Where Did FaZe Adapt Grow Up?
Adapt grew up in Arizona and started gaming when he was young.
He has spoken about playing games such as Super Smash Bros. and Mario Party with his sisters before Call of Duty became central to his online career.
His interest in gaming became serious during his teenage years.
He was already making YouTube videos while attending high school.
At that stage, his online identity and school life were still quite separate.
He later recalled that many people around him did not fully understand how large his online audience was becoming.
Did FaZe Adapt Go to College?
Adapt chose to keep working on content rather than follow a standard college route.
He has discussed finishing high school and then committing himself to his creator career.
That was a risky choice at the time.
YouTube was still a much less established career path than it is now.
For Adapt, though, the audience was already there.
When Did FaZe Adapt Start YouTube?
Adapt’s current YouTube channel dates back to December 14, 2011.
He started during the early Call of Duty creator period.
His original videos were heavily linked with sniping, trick shots and gaming culture.
The channel kept growing.
By September 2026, it had roughly 5.9 million subscribers, more than 1.29 billion total views, and around 1,500 uploaded videos.
That is a long run.
Very few creators from the same Call of Duty era kept audiences that large for so many years.
Was Adapt in SoaR Before FaZe?
Yes.
Adapt was part of SoaR before joining FaZe Clan.
He has said he spent roughly two years with the group.
SoaR was closely linked with Call of Duty sniping and trick-shot culture, making it a natural place for a young creator with Adapt’s style.
He also knew Banks from those early gaming circles.
FaZe came later.
When Did FaZe Adapt Join FaZe Clan?
Adapt joined FaZe Clan in 2013.
He has confirmed that year himself in later interviews.
Getting into FaZe had been a major goal.
The organisation already had a strong name in Call of Duty, and joining it could give a creator much more exposure.
Adapt stayed for more than a decade.
During that time, he moved from pure gaming videos into broader entertainment content.
Why Was FaZe Adapt Famous?
Adapt first became famous through Call of Duty trick shots and gaming videos.
His early audience came from players who followed sniping montages, trick-shot clips and clan culture.
But he did not stay in one lane.
Over time, his YouTube content included:
- Call of Duty videos
- Gaming challenges
- Vlogs
- Reactions
- Pranks
- Lifestyle videos
- Livestream content
That change helped him stay relevant after trick-shotting stopped being the centre of gaming YouTube.
How Did FaZe Adapt’s Content Change?
Adapt’s content became less focused on Call of Duty alone during the mid-2010s.
FaZe itself was changing.
The creator side of the group started producing more real-life videos, house content and personality-led entertainment.
Adapt moved with that shift.
His channel became less about one game.
People started watching him for the person behind the username.
That gave his career more room to grow.
Why Did FaZe Adapt Return to Streaming?
Adapt’s strong Twitch return started with a personal challenge.
He planned a seven-day livestream while quitting nicotine.
The idea was to stay live and hold himself accountable.
Simple idea. Big result.
He spent more time around newer FaZe creators during the stream and started enjoying live content again.
What began as a short project became a major part of his career.
By September 2026, his Twitch account had around 1.6 million followers.
What Award Did FaZe Adapt Win?
Adapt won Best Breakout Streamer at the 2025 Streamer Awards.
That award came years after he first became famous on YouTube.
It was still a real breakout.
This time, the growth was happening on Twitch.
His 2025 streams also started pulling much larger live audiences.
One reported collaboration with The Kid LAROI reached around 53,000 peak viewers.
There is one useful correction here.
Adapt did not win the main Streamer of the Year award.
His official 2025 category was Best Breakout Streamer.
Why Did FaZe Adapt Leave FaZe Clan?
Adapt left FaZe Clan in December 2025 after contract talks involving new management failed.
Several other creators left during the same period.
Reliable reporting connected the exits with disagreements around contracts and management.
Adapt’s departure was a major career change.
He had been connected with FaZe since 2013.
That meant the organisation had been part of his public identity for more than a decade.
Still, his creator career did not stop there.
Is FaZe Adapt Still in FaZe Clan?
No.
Adapt is not a current FaZe Clan member.
He left the organisation in December 2025.
This point matters because older profiles still describe him as a FaZe creator.
That information is outdated.
As of September 2026, he is connected with CORE.
What Team Is FaZe Adapt in Now?
Adapt is now part of CORE, short for Create Own Run Everything.
CORE launched in April 2026.
Its original roster included:
- Adapt
- StableRonaldo
- Lacy
- Marlon
- JasonTheWeen
- Silky
CORE describes itself as a creator-led organisation.
Its members are closely involved with the group rather than simply appearing as talent under an outside brand.
For Adapt, the move marked a clean break from FaZe while keeping him connected with creators he had already worked alongside.
What Is FaZe Adapt Doing Now?
As of September 2026, Adapt is still active as a YouTuber and Twitch streamer.
His YouTube channel sits near 5.9 million subscribers.
His Twitch account has roughly 1.6 million followers.
He is also making content through CORE.
The group operates from a large creator house and produces videos, streams and collaborations.
Adapt was also listed as a faculty member for Streamer University 2026.
His work now stretches beyond standard gaming videos.
What Businesses Is FaZe Adapt Involved With?
Adapt has a publicly documented business connection with Atari Hotels.
The company has described him as a partner and fellow owner connected with its Phoenix project.
The planned hotel is focused on gaming, entertainment, events and hospitality.
Phoenix makes the connection interesting.
Adapt was born there.
The hotel project is also based there.
That gives his involvement a personal local link as well as a business one.
What Is PixelHeart?
PixelHeart is a charity-linked project involving Atari Hotels and Adapt.
The project was announced in connection with Phoenix Children’s.
Its aim is to bring gaming and sports experiences to children receiving treatment.
Planned activities have included meet-and-greets, events and giveaways for patients and families.
It is one of Adapt’s clearest publicly documented community projects.
Does FaZe Adapt Have a Girlfriend?
Adapt has shared parts of his dating life online in the past.
Older YouTube videos included a publicly acknowledged girlfriend.
That does not establish his current relationship status.
No strong current source should be used to label his relationship status in 2026.
So the article should stop there.
No guessing.
What Is FaZe Adapt’s Net Worth?
There is no verified public net-worth figure for Adapt supported by reliable financial records.
Many websites publish estimates.
Those figures are not strong enough to present as fact.
What can be confirmed is that his work includes YouTube, Twitch, CORE and a publicly stated connection with Atari Hotels.
How Popular Is FaZe Adapt?
Adapt still has a large audience across several platforms.
As of September 2026:
- YouTube: about 5.9 million subscribers
- Twitch: about 1.6 million followers
- Instagram: roughly 3 million followers
- TikTok: around 2 million followers according to CORE profile data
Follower numbers move often.
The main point is clear.
Adapt still reaches millions of people more than a decade after his first major gaming videos.
Why Is FaZe Adapt Still Relevant?
Adapt has managed to move through several creator eras.
Call of Duty came first.
Then YouTube personality content.
Later came Twitch.
Now there is CORE.
That kind of career shift is hard.
Internet audiences move quickly, and creators can disappear just as fast.
Adapt kept changing the type of content he made without completely losing the audience that knew him from his early gaming days.
His 2025 streaming award showed that clearly.
He was already an internet veteran.
Yet he still managed to have a fresh breakout.
Final Thought
FaZe Adapt first became known through Call of Duty trick shots, but that explains only the start of his career.
He joined FaZe Clan in 2013, built a YouTube audience of almost six million subscribers, moved into lifestyle content, returned strongly to livestreaming and won Best Breakout Streamer in 2025.
Then came another major change.
He left FaZe in December 2025.
By 2026, he had joined CORE and continued building his career across YouTube, Twitch and business projects.
The “FaZe Adapt” name still carries years of history.
His current work, though, belongs to a new chapter.
